General Indoor Waiver: For all players that are NOT registered through the adult online registration link a waiver must be completed/signed prior to or at their first session & BEFORE GOING ON THE TURF FIELD: 
IMPORTANT: A player or member of the coaching staff is considered registered when their ONLINE registration and a waiver is fully completed, submitted and acknowledged by VITC staff.. An unregistered player or member of the coaching staff must not enter the indoor turf area if they have not completed a waiver.
